Package Assurance is a priority service tier for a smoother post-purchase experience.
Adding Package Assurance to your order gives you:
- Priority handling of shipping issues. If your order is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or doesn't reach you, we prioritize resolving it - including expedited replacement or reshipment.
- Extended 30-day returns. Your return window is upgraded from 14 days to a full 30 days.
- No-questions-asked returns. Return any unworn, unwashed item with tags attached - simply, with no back-and-forth.
Package Assurance is an optional service added at checkout. Resolution of shipping issues is handled at our discretion in accordance with our Shipping & Returns policy.
