What can't I return? 
  • Items marked as FINAL SALE are non-returnable.
  • Washed, worn, stained, or damaged pieces are non-returnable. (originally defective pieces may be returned) 

What is your return policy for international orders?

Tap here to register your return in our international returns portal. Once submitted, drop off your returned item(s) at your local carrier. Please note that Mixed does not offer international return shipping or cover shipping fees for exchanges at this time.

What is your exchange policy?
Exchanges can be made up to 30 days after the delivery date. You have the option to exchange for a different size or shop our store for something else! Simply go to our returns and exchanges portal, choose the item you'd like to exchange, and follow the instructions! 

Your exchanged piece must be unwashed, unworn, with no marks or dirt and with their original tags attached. If we find that the garment does not meet our return policy, we reserve the right to refuse it and charge for the item that’s been shipped out for exchange. 

Make sure to ship your returns out within 14 days of submitting your exchange request or you'll be charged the amount of your returned item(s)!

Can I exchange an item in my order for something completely different?
Absolutely! Use our returns and exchanges portal here to initiate an exchange. We offer the ability to shop our full store if you’d like to exchange your item for something else. 🪄✨

What is an Instant Exchange?
With instant exchanges, your new exchange order is placed immediately. This helps you get your items faster and guarantees that your items are in stock.

To place an instant exchange, we will put a temporary hold on your credit card for $1.00 until we receive your unwanted items (kind of like booking a hotel). You’ll only be charged for the amount covered by your returned items if your return isn’t in the mail within 14 days of submitting.

How do I return or exchange a gift?
We won’t tell ;) Click the “Got a gift?” option here and simply enter your order number and email address. Then follow the instructions!

When will my return be processed?
Once your package has been delivered to us by USPS, normal processing time is 5-7 business days.
**Note: Due to a high volume of orders, returns are currently being processed in 7-10 business days. We appreciate your patience!
 
Can I try on a Mixed piece before I buy?
If you’re in NYC—yes! We periodically open up our Brooklyn-based studio to the community for in-person try-ons and shopping. Stop by one of our seasonal open studio events which can be found on our Community page or if one of those dates doesn't work for you, please email hello@mixedbynasrin.com to schedule a time to come by and guarantee your fit! 💖

Can I return or exchange an item I purchased in your studio?
Yes, you can! Visit our returns and exchanges portal here or email us at hello@mixedbynasrin.com to schedule an in-person return/ exchange if you live locally and prefer an IRL touchpoint. Please note that we cannot accept returns for final sale items.     

What should I do if I want to cancel or edit my order?
If you would like to change or cancel your order after making a purchase, please email us within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. 🙏🏽
