Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's everything you need to know about returns and exchanges.

Return Window

You may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. Customers who purchase Order Protection are eligible for an extended 30-day return window (see below) for each order.

What Can Be Returned or Exchanged

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• Free of marks, dirt, stains, odor, or signs of wear
• Returned with all original tags attached

If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect, it is eligible for return within the standard return window even if the eligibility condition requirements above aren't met. Please contact us at hello@mixedbynasrin.com so we can make it right. This exception does not apply to Re-Mixed items, which remain non-returnable. 

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions. If a returned item does not meet our policy, we may decline it and charge for any replacement item that has already been shipped out for exchange.

What Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

The following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Items marked Final Sale
• Re-Mixed pieces
• Washed, worn, stained, or damaged items (excluding manufacturing defects)

Final Sale and Re-Mixed status is clearly indicated on the product page and in your cart at checkout.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges on domestic orders within the return window. You can exchange for a different size, color, or style - or shop our full store and exchange your item for something else entirely.

To start an exchange, visit our returns & exchanges portal, choose the item you'd like to exchange, and follow the instructions. Your exchange item must meet the condition requirements above.

Please ship your return within 10 days of submitting your exchange request. If your return isn't in the mail within 10 days, you'll be charged for the amount of your returned item(s).

Instant Exchange

With an Instant Exchange, your new item ships immediately rather than waiting until we've received and processed your return - so you get your new piece faster.

To place an Instant Exchange, we place a temporary hold on your card until we receive your returned item(s). You'll only be charged the full amount of your returned item(s) if your return isn't in the mail within 14 days of submitting your request.

Return Fee

Standard returns are subject to a $10 fee, which covers the cost of your prepaid return shipping label. This fee is deducted from your refund.

For customers who purchased Order Protection, this $10 fee is waived and return shipping is on us (domestic orders).

Refund Processing

Once your returned package has been delivered to us, normal processing time is 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

International Returns & Exchanges

International customers can register a return through our international returns portal. Once submitted, drop off your returned item(s) at your local carrier.

Please note that Mixed does not provide international return shipping labels or cover return or exchange shipping fees for international orders. International return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including for orders with Order Protection. Order Protection customers with international orders still receive the extended 30-day return window.

Returning or Exchanging a Gift

We won't tell 😉 Select the "Got a gift?" option in our returns portal, enter the order number and email address, and follow the instructions.

Studio Purchases & In-Person Returns

If you purchased in our Brooklyn studio, you can still return or exchange through our returns & exchanges portal, or email us at hello@mixedbynasrin.com. Final Sale and Re-Mixed items cannot be accepted for return.

Canceling or Editing an Order

If you'd like to change or cancel your order after purchasing, please email us within 24 hours and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Try Before You Buy

We periodically open our Brooklyn studio to the community for in-person try-ons and shopping. Look out for open studio events posted on the website or email hello@mixedbynasrin.com.

Order Protection

Order Protection is an optional service you can add at checkout to improve your post-purchase experience. When added to your order, it includes:

• Free returns & exchanges - the standard $10 return fee is waived, and we cover return shipping on domestic orders.
• Extended 30-day returns - your return window is upgraded from 14 days to a full 30 days from the delivery date.
• Priority handling of shipping issues - if your order is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or doesn't reach you, we prioritize resolving it, including expedited replacement or reshipment at our discretion.

Order Protection is an optional service, not an insurance product. Resolution of shipping issues is handled at our discretion in accordance with this policy. Order Protection does not alter our delivery terms above: once a carrier marks an order as delivered, Mixed is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery, though we will always do our best to help where we can.

Order Protection does not change item eligibility. Items marked Final Sale, Re-Mixed pieces, and any other items designated as final sale remain non-returnable and non-exchangeable, even when Order Protection is purchased. The free returns & exchanges and extended 30-day return window apply only to items that are otherwise eligible under this policy. Orders containing final sale or Re-Mixed items still receive Order Protection's other benefits, including priority handling of shipping issues.

Mixed reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Order Protection at any time. Any changes apply only to future orders - if you purchased Order Protection, you will continue to receive the benefits as described at the time of your purchase.
