PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY Last updated: June 2026 Some items in our store are offered as pre-orders. This policy explains how pre-orders are charged and how you can cancel or change them. Pre-orders When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing an item that is not yet in stock or is still being produced. The expected availability or ship date is shown on the product page as a 'ships in' timeframe. We charge the full amount at the time you place your order, and we ship your item as soon as it becomes available. You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund. To cancel, contact our customer support team at hello@mixedbynasrin.com. Once a pre-order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, and our normal Returns Policy applies. If the expected ship date changes significantly, we will attempt to notify you. You can then choose to keep your pre-order or cancel it for a full refund.
