Shipping Information

Domestic Orders
Mixed offers first-class shipping on all orders within the U.S. (including Puerto Rico & the Virgin Islands). Orders with a value of $250+ receive free shipping.
Once your order is received, it is promptly packaged and shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends & federal holidays). If your order contains a pre-order, it will ship out when all products are in stock.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Shipping typically takes between 2–5 days, depending on your location within the U.S.
International Orders
Mixed offers first-class international shipping.* International orders have a shipping fee that varies depending on distance. You can expect to receive your order in about 10–14 business days from the date of fulfillment.
Please note: USPS tracking may stop when the package reaches your country and transfers carriers. We recommend checking with your local carrier if package tracking is delayed.
International customers assume responsibility for customs fees, duties, and taxes required by your country. Please research your country's guidelines prior to ordering.
Delivery
Once a carrier marks an order as delivered, Mixed is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or otherwise not received after delivery. If you experience an issue with a delivered package, please reach out to us at hello@mixedbynasrin.com and we'll do our best to help where we can.
Order Protection
Order Protection is an optional service you can add at checkout to improve your post-purchase experience. When added to your order, it includes:
- Free returns & exchanges - the standard $10 return fee is waived, and we cover return shipping.
- Extended 30-day returns - your return window is upgraded from 14 days to a full 30 days from the delivery date.
- Priority handling of shipping issues - if your order is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or doesn't reach you, we prioritize resolving it, including expedited replacement or reshipment at our discretion.
Order Protection is an optional service, not an insurance product. Resolution of shipping issues is handled at our discretion in accordance with this policy. Order Protection does not alter our delivery terms above: once a carrier marks an order as delivered, Mixed is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery, though we will always do our best to help where we can.
