The Inspiration

Summer 26 is a study in abundance: fruit, veg, gardens, color. A return to the outdoors. The feeling of sun on your skin.  A plate of heirloom tomato slices drizzled with olive oil and flaky sea salt on a Sunday morning. Slow, yummy, delicious. The fruits of our labor from seasons prior, finally ready to be enjoyed.

  • The Design

Our design team focused on juicy, sun-ripened motifs: painterly papayas, heirloom tomatoes, blush mangoes, and textured coconut. We played around with different color palettes, brush stokes and textures, looking at how each print spoke to the other. Some felt tropical. Some felt quirky. Even when a print is playful, our goal is always longevity. I want these pieces to feel like summer now, but still feel exciting when you pull them out again next year.

A lot of the design process was about balance. I wanted the prints to feel joyful and bold, but still wearable. I wanted the silhouettes to feel special, but not too precious. Summer dressing has to work hard—it needs to be breathable, easy to style, and flexible enough to move from casual days to occasions. The collection is built around that mix: vacation, occasion, casual dressing, and work all had to be considered, with jumpsuits and dresses making up the heart of the assortment.

  • The Fabrics

The fabrics were just as important as the prints. We leaned into natural fibers like cotton voile, cotton linen, linen viscose, and cotton spandex—materials that could hold color beautifully while still feeling light on the body. I kept thinking about the feeling of getting dressed on a hot day and wanting something easy. Something you can put on and immediately feel pulled together.

A summer collection should feel fresh, but it should also bring back the pieces that have become part of your real life. That’s always the challenge with designing for the season: how do you capture the feeling of a moment without making it feel disposable?

    The Shoot

The photoshoots are the final step that bring the design work to life. The photo team battled the heat to bring you the most fun and beautiful imagery. It’s been amazing to watch this collection move from concept, to sample, to photography with all the efforts of our talented creative team.
