PT Marketing Coordinator (25 hrs/week)

Mixed By Nasrin is a fast growing Brooklyn based fashion brand designing everyday statement-wear that inspires people to live in full color. We’re looking for a part-time, experienced Marketing Coordinator who is eager to get in on the ground floor of Mixed and have a meaningful, tangible impact on the growth of our brand. This person will work closely with Nasrin to create and execute Mixed’s marketing calendar. We’re looking for someone who embodies the Mixed brand, is a team-player who is willing to work hard and take on tasks big or small, and who has experience in fashion or e-commerce marketing. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who not only loves all things fashion, storytelling and marketing, but wants to learn how to grow and leverage those skills to scale a successful business.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate Mixed’s influencer program: execute reach outs, manage communications, coordinate shipments, share creative briefs, and receive content
  • Assist in the creation and execution of Mixed’s IG and email marketing calendar
  • Prepare regular reports summarizing performance, trends, and actionable insights
  • Identify brand-aligned partnerships, creators, and influencers
  • Film BTS style iphone video content of Mixed events, photoshoots and Nasrin in NYC
  • Use Illustrator, Canva or similar tools to adapt content dimensions for channel specific use cases (IG stories, IG posts, email etc)
  • Draft compelling email and social media copy using Mixed’s brand voice
  • Update and maintain content on Mixed’s website to ensure accuracy, relevance, and a consistent brand voice

 

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Proficiency in e-commerce and digital marketing platforms, including Shopify, Klaviyo, Sendlane and PostScript
  • Proficiency in content editing platforms including InShot and CapCut
  • Knowledge of graphical design tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations
  • An eye for content content creation, videography and photography
  • Ability to stay up to date with latest social media trends
  • Team player with excellent organizational skills, time management, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for fashion, scaling brands, and staying updated on industry developments

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and creativity in content creation
