We want you to be enthusiastic about all things Mixed, eager to field product questions from our customers, and passionate about delivering an excellent experience to the community that makes this all possible! We believe that the customer service rep plays a key role in bringing joy to the Mixed shopping experience and serves as a valuable, human touchpoint for our brand.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships with thought & care
- Answer emails and provide delightful solutions to our customers
- Nerd out on product knowledge with our customers
- Pack & ship orders
- Manage returns & exchanges
This is an in person role, and requires commute to our studio, based in the Brooklyn Navy Yard, from Monday- Friday.
